How is persistent systems Cisco client work environment? I am planning to join Persistent systems. Please help me about learning experience, wlb and work culture inside Cisco client project. I don't see sick leave policy in Persistent offer. Do they provide any kind of emergency leave/sick leave?

To those who are thinking of resigning without an offer, I seriously advise you not to do so. I resigned in July due to a hectic (you can call it toxic) work culture and was confident enough to get another offer. But nothing materialized, no calls, savings money almost depleted with the EMIs, hard lesson learned!

Please try to resign only if you have an offer in hand or you're financially sound enough to survive without a job for at least a year! Cheers!

24 year old senior consultant in corporate tax, on track to become a manager next July. How do I address this situation?? I started a new job (industry) and the SM is not my boss but directly above me and assigns me work which is expected.
