GMAT was WAY easier for me. Much more straightforward (less trick questions, no vocab, etc)

like

GRE is an inferior test to the GMAT, hands down

like

D1, here's your 🍪 if you took the GMAT.

OP, Afaik, most top schools accept both, and there is no added benefit of taking the GMAT over the GRE. Take a practice test for both and see which one you find easier! Varies from person to person.

I believe gre is more straightforward n easy

Depending on what you recruit for, GMAT may be better. A lot of people don't know what a "good" GRE is

Took both, but bschools still don't know how to gauge the GRE.

I graduated college 2 years ago and started working on RIA in FL as a Research Analyst. During this period I got my series 65 and brought to the company two clients (total assets of $3M). This being said, I am not very happy with my compensation. I know I am just starting my career, and that I need patience. I will like to get other people insight on how can I grow and earn more $$
Should I get a Masters in Finance?
Should I start looking for a job in a BD instead if RIA?

I am currently working on my MBA in a professional evening and weekend program at a highly accredited university. I am thinking about transferring to a much smaller private online program, specifically because they offer a concentration in organizational health, which directly builds on my doctoral research. Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?

Growing up was rough. On my 8th birthday my dad had an accident that led to this death a few days later. He was a good man who took care of us all (I had 3 siblings now 2; lost 1 few years ago). I'm in a good place in life right now I only find myself in the last 5years shedding a tear once a while when I'm alone. It startles me because I was a tough kid who didn't cry and just soaked it all in and rolled with it. I'm almost 40 and can't explain what's happening with these tears.
