the accenture HRs are so
unprofessional, first they call
you to interview and then they
schedule your interview, I waited
for the interviewer 25 mins I took
a leave studied day and night and
interviewer didn't join on top of
that the Hr is so unprofessional
that they didn't even bother to
inform or pick a call, have never
had this experience in 7 yrs of my
career , so unprofessional!

Has anyone waiting for the offer from Morgan Stanley after completing HR Round? Can you share your experience? I was told they are waiting for Approval and looks like it could get delayed.

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. Hello, I need your advice. I am currently in management in primary care. I have a strong management background in specialty hospital practice management. Recently some leadership positions have become available and I feel as if my leader has discouraged me from applying. What is the notice period if left in probation period?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
