Guys, how is 19K AED per month salary in Dubai?
I get 30 LPA in India.
Will it be better to switch in India and get at least ~36lpa or move to Dubai?

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?
