Guys I have 7yrs of exp into java, spring. Got an offer which is into Ruby & monolith but work culture & company is Good. Other offer is from evernorth which is into java but they are hiring very aggressively & lot of negative reviews about its work culture. So I'm confused , should I choose Ruby , since I already have good experience in java. Will this help in my long run, but since it is monolith, should I go for evernorth only? Both offers are some ,except the Ruby one is providing xtra esops

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
