Guys, need one suggestion. I have an offer from Capgemini for a Playwright automation role (9 CTC), and another offer with a higher package in a startup(12 lpa but mostly manual testing)
Do you think it’s safe to renegotiate the Capgemini offer based on the other offer? Any chances of offer revocation if I ask politely for a compensation revision?

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. I joined CG 6 months back and was on training for 3-4 months for Dynamics CRM, completing multiple MS certifications. Post that I was mapped to an account for the project & was under shadow.

After shadow completed it seems like there's no project openings in the account for which I was selected. And now management wants me to go for other certs.

Please help me know whom can I approach & ask for project openings/tagging. I'm worried as it's already been 6 months!
