I have a query related to PF account of HCL. HCL has their own PF trust. While transferring PF amount from previous company to HCL, I remember that I used Pension No. of HCL, in place of PF No., in Transfer Form -13 & annexure K.

Now I have to transfer PF from HCL trust to government trust for next employer where next employer is asking for Previous PF No. So shall I provide PF no. or Pension No. Of HCL to next employer?

There is buzz word :: career transition. Say doing something for a long yrs and learning new technology to switch from A to B tech stack.

How can it really be acheived from experience and salary standpoint?

Let's say I am a java developer from last 10yrs. Now I want to learn front end techs and be front end developer(full stack). Will I be that efficient in the project level like a person who is doing FE work from last 10yrs?

Guys , who have worked / currently residing in Singapore please suggest, I have two offers 30 LPA in India and 7500 SGD / month (contractual) in a big 4 firm in Singapore. How's the condition of job market in Singapore as I have heard they offer around 20% hike while switching jobs. Idea is , if I join the big 4 company planning to switch after 1/2 years in order to save more. Please advise.
