Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

It's possible in some fields, but it's far from the norm. Unless all the Gen Z'ers surveyed are in investment banking, they're going to be in for a rude awakening.

Well if you look at inflation, that’s not too far off
6 figures where? If it is at HCOL states or cities, it is not really high figure.
I was met with harsh realities as soon as I graduated and that was, more than a few years ago let’s say. I can’t really blame them, 6 figures is almost a bare living minimum in a lot of places. Guess it’s better to start your sights higher then lower though..
Did the report say what kind of careers those they surveyed were thinking of going into? There are definitely some careers that you can expect a higher salary from the get go. It's not always six figures but it can get up there.
It took me 8 years out of college you earn 6 figures, unless they're attending a prestigious school then it's highly unlikely.
As much as college costs, that's a reasonable return on their investment. CEO and others at that level are clocking 7 figure bonuses.
