Had a final round interview for a finance role, and the director actually asked me if I planned on having kids soon. Not subtly , straight-up, “Are you thinking about starting a family in the next year or two?” 😑 I froze, gave a vague answer, and smiled through it, but now I’m furious. Is this kind of invasive question just accepted in finance circles, or was this wildly out of line? Would you have reported it or just kept your mouth shut and moved on like I did?

Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons. Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
