Had a phone interview with a PwC recruiter and haven't heard anything in 3 weeks. Sent 3 follow up emails. Heard back on the first one and then nothing on the final 2 (2 weeks and 3 weeks after).

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

The interview process take weeks of time and multiple rounds. So just wanted to know what is the point of all these rounds.

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

For reference, I just got promoted to manager and get lots of talks about “things I should do as I continue to progress through the firm”, but I wasn’t sure when or if this is communicated to people in more certain terms.
