Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
