Had an interview with Microsoft that I didn’t do so well due to lack of sleep from taking my sister to the hospital for my nephew to be born. Yay!! But not so fun interview...
I know that I’m qualified for their talent/ hr roles; and I am passionate about working for Microsoft. I know I would nail the next interview if given the opportunity. With everyone seeming to be “hiring” I’ve had job interviews with various firms: EY, Plante Moran, Doren Mayhew, Rehmann, to name a few..
Apparently I just suck at interviewing, or the firms in my area are not hiring. 🤦

They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
