Had final rounds with Bain on Friday morning but haven’t heard back. Friend from same school and who interviewed with the same partners got a call (offer) Friday night. Should I hold my breath or is it likely a no going into next week?

I recently accepted an offer from Amazon and will be joining in a month. From what I gather from my friends who currently work there , your experience at Amazon is solely based on the team that you join. Some really like it there and others are waiting to get out. How easy is it to switch teams within Amazon ? And what's the process like ?

Incoming AC at Bain, previously was deciding between Bain and McKinsey. But, ultimately chose Bain for the culture despite McKinsey being aligned with my professional goals of working in the government. I was looking on LinkedIn and didn’t find many people who are working in the White House after Bain, but found countless examples for McKinsey.
