I had a recruiter say, “we’ll let you know tomorrow.”
That was two weeks ago.
Take a beat. These things take time and then they move fast.
It’s ok to follow up again after a few days.
Completely within reason.
I recommend you don’t follow up again if you’ve already sent thank you notes and expressed your interest. If they’re into you, you’ll hear from them, trust me. If you’re not their top pick, following up multiple times will not change that. Also, you Don’t want to come across as too desperate - it may impact negotiations on salary etc if it gets that far. Wishing you the best of luck! Feel confident you’ve shown your best self! If it’s meant to be it’s meant to be 😘
I had three interviews two weeks ago. Didn’t hear a peep after thank you notes. Figured it was dead but I like closure so I followed up. I now have a meeting tomorrow that I expect will be a verbal offer. Following up is fine, just don’t be annoying :)

I get it. Easier to say it. Go do something non advertisingy. Take a road trip!?
Recruiter replied saying they’re gonna regroup and I got email back from one of my interviews. So maybe a good sign?!
Should’ve mentioned you had another offer on the table.
I did that, it doesn’t make a difference for most places
Just sayin….
You follow up once with a call to action. If they are dragging their feet, it could be that they are asking around their networks about whether you’d be a good hire.
Or they are doing endless budget rearrangements and justifications for the hire. There are so many reasons that have little to do with the candidate.
Yeah, you’re over reacting. People are busy and sometimes forget. Send a polite email and await a response.
Sorry OP, that's just the state of our industry unfortunately. It really doesn't mean anything though so I'd rest easy for a few days yet. Maybe get in touch next week if you still haven't heard anything.

Honestly I think that if they haven’t replied since Friday. You didn’t get it. I know people trying to be positive here but that does sounds like a long time of not responding from a recruiter. That’s literally their job.
