Had three rounds of interviews and recruiter called to say they’d like to move forward, asked if I’m ok with x salary range (tight range) for which I said yes and informed me next steps would be verbal offer, HR interview, and written offer. Is this similar process to what others have gone through? What is HR interview regarding? Thanks!

Same here. HR isn't a formality. They do grill you especially on your CV. You can think of it a bit as pre-vettign for background checks.

About to quit a job in just one month of joining... what should I do...just hit the exit button, or keep a call with the Manager or the HR?

What are the things that I should say as the reason to quit so that I face the least issues.
