Up until 2019, 12LPA was a celebrated milestone that took people from T3 background 6/7 years to achieve but now almost anyone within 2YOE is able to achieve, basically equivalent to Alto car - nothing special at all.

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!
