Hello fishies, I have got an offer from S&P for 30LPA with 8.5 YOE . The designation is software engineer and the role is for production support. Is it a good offer or should I renegotiate.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

Currently going through the hiring process for a role in San Francisco. They told me the starting base was $110K, but this sounds like pennies in a city like San Francisco! I have MBA from NITIE and currently working in Deloitte USI S&O where the work is definitely not strategy consulting. Would like to get into MBB but seems tough. Tried referrals but didn't even get an interview.
