not alcohol/drugs related but more so to do with p*rn addiction. i have struggled for years with this and I am currently making a lot of progress. I started to make real progress once I started telling people (fiance, counsellor, pastor, etc).

I really don't think it should just be considered a religious thing since it effects the brain a lot and can obviously hurt your relationship. Wanted to see if others also struggle with this and are open to sharing.

Wavering between tired and happy. Finally getting my stamina back post covid. I've walked 10 miles in the past week. Pre covid I was walking between 2 and 4 miles a day. But I can tell I'm still not 100 percent. I'm so tired in the evenings. Hopefully that will fade the next couple of weeks.

Anyone else frustrated by colleagues abusing WFH? I was hoping COVID would show that we’re capable of working from home as an option, but partners are getting annoyed that people are doing things like grocery shopping and getting their oil changed in the middle of the workday.

My American citizen 8 month old is on tourist visa in India; current stay runs out on June 7. Flying outside the country is a risk we don’t want to take w/COVID. Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?

Okay! So I love my job! LOVE IT. But I am actually struggling to have that boundary between work and life… since COVID I shut off and tv has been my downtime. But now I only work and watch tv and sleep. I’ve been trying to get a hobby, but I’m not motivated… I get home and I want to keep working. Any tips to create that work life balance?

Wife is 35 weeks pregnant and recently tested positive for Covid. Symptoms are mild to moderate. Doctor’s say no impact to baby if symptoms continue to remain under control. We are vaxed and boosted so not as worried about our recovery. More worried about the baby at this point. Anyone with similar experiences to share? TIA
