Has anyone else noticed a dip in salary bands? I'm not talking about current employee pay cuts, just the budget for new hires. Roles that used to be $150K to $170K a few years back seem to be hovering around $120K to $150K now. Hi i lost majority of my money in the stock market. I married and promised my family that I will not make the mistake I made 7 years ago. Gambling. Is this an addiction I have.
