Has Anyone Else Noticed the Rise of ‘Silent Layoffs’ in Sales?

I’ve seen more reps talk about being managed out quietly instead of formal layoffs.
Is this actually becoming more common, or am I just seeing a cluster of stories?

Sharing perspectives would help because I can’t confirm how widespread it is.

There’s now a lawsuit in Texas challenging PREP. How much longer do y’all plan to live in the US? This is actually how I predicted this would unfold. That folks with moral objections would file a lawsuit like this, and then get it up to The Church for review, and then overturn Lawrence v Texas. This is just happening a lot faster than I thought.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
