Has anyone ever had to take an exam as part of applying for a role? I am thinking of pivoting a little and applied for an Amazon position yesterday and I had to take a 2 hour test and it was terrible! I guess the recruiters will reach out if I pass?

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right.
