I was once in a situation where my colleagues and manager clearly just did not like me. They weren't outright mean but it was clear I was not part of the group. They shared a gender and ethnicity that was different from mine which Im not sure was the reason but it did cross my mind.

Yeaaaa def. Gaslighting and illegal manipulation. The person I was forced to work with abused me so bad it triggered the anxiety I developed from being a domestic violence victim. I was also too young at the time to know what I experienced was domestic violence so I eventually spiraled and was ridiculed by my family for leaving that job without a job lined up and was labeled as “crazy.” It was at IPG Mediabrands

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
