Yes, I did. Received the offer and disclosed. They were super supportive and so long as I was there 30 days, I had my full medical coverage in place and 12 weeks at 100% pay. It was wonderful.
It was at FCB
Accepted a new role at 7 months and heading out on leave in the next few weeks. Disclosed at offer when asking for details of the benefits. Negotiated for my leave to be covered and could get all the same benefits as if I were there for over a year.
Do you have an offer? If yes, that’s when you disclose and find out the benefits you’ll have access to. Most companies have a service requirement for parental leave, so you’ll want to see if they’ll waive the requirement. How they handle this negotiation will tell you a lot about their value of parents in the office.
I have a likely offer coming today so I am feeling a bit off balance about next steps. Thank you for your thoughts.
Following. Have a friend in this same position right now (different industry though)

I have not. However I did get an offer,
Disclosed that I was on my mat leave and would need the start date to be 4 weeks out. Recruiter and agency literally ghosted me, so I’m fully paranoid at this point.
Yikes. 4 weeks is nothing! That sucks. Wonder what the response would have been if “maternity” wasn’t disclosed...as in, if a man said “I need this to be my start date due to previous personal commitments” or something.
Any update? I hope it worked out!
