As it nears an end, I’m reflecting on the concept of some companies unwilling to share feedback if you’re not picked. I understand the reasoning, no one wants to be sued for discrimination. However, I have also encountered companies asking me to expand upon why I didn’t choose them. So I ask: As a professional in this situation, are you willing to expand upon the “why?”
