Has anyone had any recent experience of working with BAL to file I485 AOS after GC spillover in EB category after October 2020? My priority date might get current in October 2021. I was wondering if BAL were diligent in meeting 1 month deadline as visa bulletin resets Dates in Date of filing charts. Did they reach out to you proactively or you had to initiate 485 process?

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
