Has anyone had luck applying and interviewing for roles outside of consulting? I’m trying to transition out of consulting and I’m having a hard time communicating my skill set and successes since they are across 15+ projects. I’d appreciate any tips from others who are also trying to make or have made the switch!

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!
