Actions speak louder than words.
Their real work is to try and appear cool on LinkedIn, which they fail to do as well
They reached out to me once, the recruiter herself was nice and the conversation went well but yes they are not good at updating you things. So I guess it’s just like all other recruiting agencies… I will say though that Unknown has some cool opportunities.

Unknown is a sham.
They are a recruitment agency not a creative agency, and yes they are ghosters, but isn’t everybody these days? (Not an excuse)
Yes they pretend to be an ad agency but have no site nor reel. I interviewed with a woman who lives in Spain who had unknown as her email but she disclosed to me that she works on staff at a separate recruitment agency. Claimed they had the Suave business and they don’t.
I love that as a fake account. You might know our ad campaign for a popular shampoo brand from the 90s
I’m always cautious of the US offshoots of a London run place. Very hard to keep that same momentum in a completely new, competitive market
