Wear something like this...
Use soft light. If you’re just using natural light stand near a north facing window. To soften it further put a white shower curtain over the window. Soft light will soften any shadows around places like crows feet or laugh lines.
That said, the moment you walk in the door they’re going to know. So make that video amazing!
Dress casual neutral button down shirt in a non wrinkle fabric, soft blue or flattering color. Lighting per the comment above. Key is ambiguity in look and focus on engaging though the lens. Be light and practice connecting through the camera (e.g. your favorite newscaster). Your age is you age so make them focus on your content instead. Practice and watch it back. Do it as many times as it takes.

An one friend and creative director of mine, Curvin O’Reilly, wanted to start a company called AdSox to do low budget sock puppet commercials for cash-strapped clients. You could recreate classic commercials using sock puppets. 1984! Speecy spicy meatball! The possibilities are endless!
