Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects). Thoughts on giving less than 2 weeks notice?

I’m quite frustrated and ready to start new job ASAP. I’ve been at current job for nearly 3 years and anyone who might be potential reference for future jobs (old bosses) has already left the company. I have good relationships here otherwise too.
1.5 week notice will work out with my upcoming travel plans and personal life as well, but concerned about if agencies really put you on “do not rehire” list?

Anyone give less notice and get in trouble?
