Hello, Can anyone share the real world process of sales pipeline in the IT company and process of acquiring new customer?

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

The first 6 months I was working a full time job. I quit my job to focus on the business full time, and have since depleted my readily available capital. I’m bootstrapping the business with my own funds. I was recently offered a job in my old industry for 80K per year. I was previously making 62K.

Should I take the job?

I need guidance - was able to sell work through relationship. All I have is my LLC and a bank account. No infrastructure, no HR set up, no legal document. Who should I reach out to get help?
