What is the correct path to obtain entry level positions in clinical research. My background is in health sciences and work experience has been 3 years as a clinical lab scientist. Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

I have 2 offers., YOE 10.2 , SAP Basis Hana consultant . Atos 16.8 lakh and HCL 18.5 .
I asked 22 lakh to HCL , but they said 18 is the max they can offer. Any basis consultant of 10 years recently joined HCL .please share your how much did you get from hcl
