Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

MITREs Glassdoor rating is like a ski slope.

Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

I left AFS for CGI (more supply chain, but I knew a few people on the other side). It took a decent bump to get me to move. WLB is 10x better. I know the change mgmt space…
Happy to talk benefits pros/cons (DM or however)
How recently did you make the switch? Would be curious to hear how you feel the benefits measure up (health, 401k match, etc.)
Made the switch a few years back.
You need to ensure base salary balances the gap in these areas (with an increase you want to jump for).
I don’t use the health care (on partners), but I hear it isn’t great by comparison. The 401k caps at a low number, however the SPP (stock share) should balance that to a break even.
They run bonus by BU vs global so which account does matter (worth asking on their confidence level for hitting PPP). The bonus is a big swing in comp range.
You’ll perform at a higher level than most, WLB is better, and you’ll be able to have greater ownership and independence on your projects than before.
There is a decent former AFS contingent that I hope grows. DM if you want to talk more.
