Has anyone received compensation revision letter ?? UST

Hi Fishes, I received my offer letter today from KGS. But, there is no mention of any variable pay or joining bonus. Does it mean I will not get any of these?

Recently got an offer from KPMG. But the offer letter is in their portal with no KPMG letterhead or signatures. Next thing is there is no joining details like reporting office or whom should I report to on joining date. I have tried to contact HR via mail/ call. No response. What to do? Has anyone joined KPMG recently? How do they communicate the joining details? Please tell me

How does first year performance bonus work at McKinsey? Is it a set amount or a % of salary? Is it the same for experienced hires as MBA hires? Can this be negotiated? How much can one expect if you start in July or August?
