Has anyone recently failed in data Deloitte certification exams? I failed in AWS exam, do you think it would affect my talent review? For retaking exam, do I have to pay from my pocket?

Am I getting paid below market? 8 yoe + MBA, $200k base in big tech, $20k sign on, ~$50k in annual stock + addl annual refreshers. No bonus. Know this is a lot of money in general but feeling like this is not capturing market value.

Hi, this is a bit early but thought y’all might have some good insight. I’m exiting my current startup & have two offers on the table 1. A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin. I’m going through the recruitment process at McKinsey for a middle/back office role (capabilities for a really cool space) but by the time I hear back, one of my offers won’t be on the table. What % of your gross income do you all put into savings?? I have my 401k at 6% (or whatever the min to match is) and then immediate put about 20% straight to savings. Young, but worried for future!

Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. Would that be okay to show high rent as 30000 per month to my wife as landlord. Earlier I was paying 9000 rs per month to different landlord. @ IBM
