Has anyone started to use AI in their hiring? Setting up AI coding interviews, feeding candidates for screening, etc.? I'm trying to speed up the hiring process at my company with AI's help but I'm struggling to find the best ways to implement it. Hiring is currently overwhelming and ripe for automation, but I also don't want to lose its human element.

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

How many days will it take for Wells Fargo to release the offer letter ?
