Has anyone that has worked in IT audit in PA found exit opportunities in project management in industry? I think I would enjoy the switch over to PM rather continuing IT IA.

Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.

I just recently joined a company (a month in) and I’m realizing that I may not be a good fit. Should I, at least, give it a chance or start looking for a new role?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role.
