I have been doing Gua Sha pretty regularly and while I can't say it has gotten rid of my double chin, I can say that it has significantly improved. I can definitely tell that it is helping to get some of the inflammation out of my face and draining some of that liquid.
Oh my god, I am following. I took a selfie early today and all I could see were my extra chins... they have only become more predominant as I have aged, it is alarming so I would love any advice anyone could on how I can reduce the size or get rid of my double chin.
I am following this as well because I have this same problem. I have tried doing gua sha and it did seem to help a little bit. But I can never seem to fully get rid of my double chin and I hate it.

I am an avid gym goer for the past two years. I was extremely skinny and always had issues gaining weight. I went from 170 to 225 healthy and fit and have tested different methods for losing weight.
What seems to have worked the best for myself is getting 10,000 steps per day and sticking to a healthy diet with 2 days per month eating anything I want.
High protein, moderate complex carbs and low healthy fats. Plus tons of steps and a few exercises and you'll lose weight left and right. The thing about this process is you'll gain muscle mass too so you won't "lose" the weight as fast as you'd truly like. It's very very hard. But determination and a shit load of stairmaster steps will shred the pounds.
I've gained 40+ pounds through this and lost 25 recently vis desire for that sweet summer bod.
This may or may not work for you though. Everyone's bodies react differently so tailor your plans specifically to your desires.
