I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
How I’m feeling right now..

BUPA in general is pretty crap from my experience breaking an ACL, under resourced, missing skills and like all insurance companies heavily in the game of trying to minimise their work as much as possible. You’re probably better off getting a dental insurance plan direct with a clinic group.
Rising Star
They are pretty bad both for dental and general health insurance
Get Dentaplan for dental and AXA/Cigna for Day to Day Health or ask your MBB friends which insurance providers they use (they tend to be the best) . BCG is Cigna
Thank you for the advice. Cigna and AXA are also options for me, I'll opt for that then
We have bupa for our dental and they’re fine. I go to a good clinic, dentists are trustworthy and I can get appointments at convenient times. Can’t speak to anything other than routine procedures though.
BUPA can be decent if you use their specific dentists as it’s far less admin claiming back and their dentist practices are of a good quality (both Devonshire Square and CW). Otherwise, they’re fairly painful
Not sure what the issue is with them, I have dental with them and so far no issues. Had one emergency treatment and otherwise only regular checks and hygienist but no problem with any of that and claims were paid within a few days in my account…
