Has anyone used Chewy? Wondering if its worth trying out- any pros and cons to know about before trying?

Recently started using it. Coronavirus seems to have slowed the delivery process but it's been easy and smooth otherwise.

I have been using Chewy for the last 4 years. It helps with any heavy things you normally buy in the store like dry food. The auto ship feature is really convenient.

Chewy is awesome! They send my pup a Christmas card. I have 2 day delivery most times. During this time it’s a little longer

Many times. The only issue I've ever had is actually going on right now. I ordered some prescription meds and I got an email saying they hadn't been able to get through to my vet to confirm the prescription yet. Other than that I've never had any issues. Seems to be the cheapest place to get heartworm and flea and tick meds.

like

Just had a similar issue and I called their customer service. They fixed the issue and gave me a $10 discount on top of it. Their customer service really is top notch

Chewy is pretty awesome. I used to order my pet supplies online via amazon, but they stopped offering the prescription cat food I needed and the pellet litter was getting wayyy too expensive. I’ve only have 2 issues with them: one time with ripped internal packaging, one time with ordering wrong size harness. Their customer service is amazing!! You talk or email or live chat with a real person - which I always find fascinating. Both instances got free orders for my experiences. Really happy with the service.

Chewy is unbelievably fast at shipping in NYC for me. If something is in stock I usually get it in 2 days, even now. They have amazing customer service too.

I love Chewy! My vet recommends both wet and dry food that Chewy carries. I don’t know what I’d do without Chewy.

They send you personalized hand crafted pictures of your pets.

It’s great! Best prices you’ll find for pet food. Great selection too. One of my shipments got delayed because of COVID, but I ordered again last week and it came in 3 days. Normally it only takes 2-3 days.

like

I’ve used it for years now since I couldn’t get the brand and type of food I wanted at my local store. The selection is great and prices are so worth it. I get a 40 lb bag of dog food and treats delivered to my door monthly. So easy.

We have used them for 2-3 years and really like it! Our dog food could occasionally be hard to find. Chewy always has it and we use auto ship. Biggest pros are convenience, not having to think about it, and not having to lug a 50lb bag home.

It’s great

Love chewy but there have been some delays recently I just order before I run out to be sure whatever I need arrives. I use it for 3 dogs and parrot and have been using it for several years :)

I’ve been using it for a year, and I haven’t had any issues! I have autoship set up for my dog’s food, and the price fluctuates a bit. I used petco before, and their prices consistently went up in small amounts each month until I was paying significantly more than the bag costs.

Yes, I really like chewy

We are getting a rescue and just ordered from them yesterday. I called them with $300 in the cart and they gave me a $10’off coupon.

Once, my cats' dry food was missing from my shipment and I had to leave for the weekend so I needed it. I called them about the food being missing even though it was on the packing slip. They gave me $25 so I could run out and buy food at a local store. They are great!

like

We have moved to chewy for everything.
Meds: IV bags, IV supplies and other medications.
Our VET was ripping us off for supplies.

Food auto shipped once a month. One time the package didn’t get delivered but called customer service and they sent a free replacement shipment.

Like others the personal touches are great. BDay cards and Christmas cards.

100% worth it! They send you a hand written note with your first order. As others have said, the convenience of having heavy pet supplies delivered to your door plus the amazing customer service - you won’t regret using Chewy

They’re amazing. My dog started developing an allergy to her food and I forgot to switch it before the next auto ship. I called and they credited my account and told me to donate the 50lb bag to a local animal shelter. Really incredible company.

Rough day in the office and in the mood for something that would toss me around and maybe hurt a little. Black peppercorn crusted bacon left on a smoker too long and covered in jam made from under-ripe red fruits. The 59% ABV is definitely present, and you can smell the peat smoke from across the room. The finish lasts for days. If you’re already into peated scotch but want to crank it up another level, the cask strength Laphroaigs can show you your limits. Hurts soooo good 😌

Hello Folks,
Can you pls advise on which company to go for.
R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
