Anyone on bench reporting to airoli office?
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

WMP Is traveling quite a bit. Clients like having us on site. We’ve even been told that they bring us over other firms cause we’re more enjoyable to work with. That’s what I comes down to these days.
West monroe partners. I would disagree. My engagements haven't required travel recently. Just had a client turn our engagement to be fully remote with recent increase in covid cases
Travel depends on clients. Mixed across the board but mostly no in my area
yeah
Deloitte M&A ~10% bench right now
I've been traveling about once a week to the office. I know other people who are at their local office multiple days a week. But I've been traveling to clients and Acc offices for more than a year at this point
What's an office
I don’t think consultants have ever really gone into the office, except maybe on Fridays. Travel is 100% dictated by the clients. I think that in general, we are moving to travel for a week every 1-2 months or so. Strategy may travel more
I'm sitting at 1 on site visit approx every 8 weeks
