Has anyone with Marriott Platinum status ever stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas? I’m wondering what the chances of being upgraded are, and if I should try to use my suite night awards?

Ever since moving to hybrid work, my coworkers are always complaining about how much they hate their jobs, how much of a hassle it is to travel or work from home. How can you be expected to do your job when you're just so far away from everything?

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.
