Has EY GDS BGV started using the Nexus portal along with EY Trusted Verification? Does it actually cross-reference complete employment history? Also, will they use UAN for doing so?

I haven’t been asked to self-authenticate through DigiVerifier or similar platforms yet, so I was hoping someone could shed some light on this.

My assumption is that they only conduct document-based verification based on the details submitted by the candidate.

Anyone have any tips to transitioning from CRC to CRA? Is a CCRC necessary for leveling up?

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
