Has the current economy impacted your existing comp and benefits? I work in the mortgage industry, and it's been one hit after another since last spring. Bonuses were cut until further notice starting Q2. This morning, HR advised that the following benefits will be terminated effective 6/1: floating holidays, PTO for birthday, and volunteer hours.

I'm trying to hang in there because I have no desire to look for employment in this economy and job market. I wanted to enjoy the summer. Ugh....
