Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Pretty boilerplate, but here's what we're evaluating when you do the case interview.
-Analytical thought process: Do you zero in on key facts & issues? Do you put structure on how you explore ideas and move from one to another?
-Creativity: Can you look at issues in new and unconventional way? Can you spot hidden or adjacent opportunities?
-Decisiveness: Once you've done your analysis, do you act promptly and confidently? Do you take a stand on your recommendations?
-Quantitative skills: Do you understand how to interpret and analyze numbers? Can you produce relevant and accurate calculations?
Soft skills assessed during case (may overlap with above)
-Poise: Are you confident in your answer? How do you handle yourself when you make a mistale? Do you perform well under pressure? Can you adapt to new information?
-Communication: Can you articulate your thoughts clearly? Is your structure / hypothesis clear in your questions and thoughts?
-Attitude: Will your coworkers enjoy spending long hours with you? Do you maintain a positive attitude during stressful interviews?
-And More: Do you display energy & drive? Do you show initiative? Do you manage time effectively? Do you demonstrate decisiveness? Do you convey a genuine interest in the firm?
Maybe tell him that relying on advice from random strangers with fake titles that habitually lie on a semi-anonymous platform is a poor strategy to land a senior consultant role in a strategy group.
Why so hostile?
Example case question:
Pharma Co has engaged Accenture to evaluate if they should pursue development of a new medication for a specific type of bone degeneration. Pharma Co wants to understand if their company is well-positioned to enter this market - is this an attractive market, and how should Pharma Co proceed?
Sure, it's a pretty generic market entry question. The point is not to throw some huge curveball of a case at the candidate - more so to see how well you can tackle a realistic problem in a structured, well-communicated manner.
