USD Salary * 155 is probably what one would receive currently. I am aware of blue dollar rate which would diminish the value. i.e. (USD * 155)/288=true dollar value. I have few questions on this:1. Can we take the actual pesos (usd * 155) and buy gold at normal gold rate? Do we see disparity in rates even while buying gold?
2. Can use official conversion to buy Alt stable crypto coins ? which are directly linked to dollar 3. Can we invest in any instrument that does not diminish the Salary?

Since a C band would result in stoppage of the elevated compensation component. I have heard people talk that someone can get a C band even if they have a >4.5 appraisal rating.

Shoutout to KPMG for the worst recruitment process. I get referred in July and two weeks later I’m told I’d get an interview, I wait almost two months and then reach out to the partner because I was really interested in the role, and finally set up an interview. It takes a month to schedule the phone screen and then I have the final rounds. I follow up because I have an outside offer and I get no response. Recruiters repeatedly missed interviews, and then random team members joined the interview

Does utilization matter your first year? Keep hearing im gonna be rolled on something long term and then something month-long pops up in the meantime. Rinse and repeat. Kinda anxiety inducing
