What do you look for in a mentor?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Saw this at a bargain store today

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Assume you mean "experienced hire BTA" (business technology analyst)?
If you have 3+ years of experience, they are short changing you coming in at the analyst level. With that being said, if the salary is right, there's no harm in the analyst title.
BTA is a typical role straight out of undergrad so that's your ballpark for comparison.
I’m coming in at a consultant with less than 2 years, you certainly should come in as a consultant with 3...
Hey that’s exactly right it is a business technology analyst role .cool then how much should I ask as a matter of pay .
As a BTA, you're not going to have much room to negotiate. They'll probably offer you 80-85.
That’s good enough frankly .. should I mention that range .. plus this is just a preliminary call .. any idea about the interview process for this role ??
After the recruiter call probably 2 phone interviews with a manager/senior manager. Final step is 3 on-site interviews back to back, fit, behavioral, and case.
