Tip 1 - don't boil the ocean - have a hypothesis.
Interview them about strategy and direction, demonstrate your expertise and intimacy, finally say you are exploring your options without directly saying that.
What insights do you want from here that you can't find on Google? Why not summarise what you know already and then we can tell you what's missing.
I interviewed ACs this year so tips based on my experience:
Energy (both when things are going well and badly) is very important - if im interviewing 6 people in a roe having someone who lacks positive energy is a real downer
Be succinct and try to get to insights as soon as possible (especially for exhibits)
STRUCTURE - the problem, the brainstorming, the recommendation. Very very important
Thanks 😊
To be fair to OP what you'll find on google is a bunch of conflicting information most of the times...
Anyway agree with first poster - structure is very important (frame the problem, frame the calculations before you do them, etc.)
Always lead the case - what does the number mean, what would your next step be
Get good at mental maths
Good energy & resilience - the interviewer will honestly help you out through any blips
I think you'd struggle to find much that conflicts with this. This is probably what 90% of Google searches would provide.
Hi OP, looking to apply for next year's intake. Mind sharing your background and/or any tips in getting to the interview? TIA
