My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

For reference my background is as an advanced analytics practitioner with a focus on the Azure Data Platform. My specialty in this space is concentrated on end user engagement and ensuring what the team delivers is actually adopted. As a result have done a lot of high level strategy/governance work, as well as conducting sessions and workshops with end users. Ideally I would like to make a move to a digital strategy.
