Have been over 100% utilized YTD until rolling off 3 weeks ago. My practice's leads in the pipeline keep evaporating and now the closest possible engagement is at least 2-3 weeks out. (Cont)

I've always been a top performer but concerned that my practice is no longer doing well and don't like the prospect of not getting even 2 months of valuable experience in the remaining 4 months.

I previously received feedback that i should stay in my current role at least 2-3 years due to relatively frequent hops. I spent 13 months at my first employer and have been with my second employer for 14 months now.

Would it be a significant ding if I left in the next several months? If asked about why I left the job so soon I would simply share something about my practice not doing as well and/or my skills not being utilized to their max potential.

I am very conscientious and ambitious and, while enjoying bench time, have been operating at a SME level for over a year now. I could be fulfilling project lead roles now but there just isn't an opportunity to do so.

For reference my background is as an advanced analytics practitioner with a focus on the Azure Data Platform. My specialty in this space is concentrated on end user engagement and ensuring what the team delivers is actually adopted. As a result have done a lot of high level strategy/governance work, as well as conducting sessions and workshops with end users. Ideally I would like to make a move to a digital strategy.

When a consolidated unitary group acquires a TX Corp, does TX follow Sec. 382 and Sec. 383 and apply a limitation on the utilization of the acquired entity's TX R&D credits following the acquisition?

Ratings on three projects - 3,2,2. Utilization - 90%... Proposal hours - 15... Firm activities - 43 hrs... I then get a YE rating of 4 😕 ... How worried I should be regarding the layoffs???

I never say no to work and i have fantastic reviews, and the head of my practice (with whom I work a lot for) has great things to say about me.

I’ve been fully utilized starting ~June, but first few months were slow. Am i fine?!

A director in another unit wants to meet me to “continue a conversation we started last year”. He is referring to the time I had asked him if there were openings on his team. That was over a year ago. I am not too happy where I am right now ( I stayed where I was). I also don’t know if he really has an opportunity or if this is just some corporate circle jerk where my current director is trying to “smoke me out”. I don’t speak poorly of my team/work. How would you approach this conversation?

DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good?
