Have you ever interviewed someone to be your partner? What kind of qs did you ask and how did you know they were “the one”? I’m getting the opportunity to be a part of the partner search at my agency but as a people-pleaser, I’m finding it hard to be discerning over who would be a great fit.
Also would you do with the person with an uninspiring portfolio but lovely personality over the person with a killer book but a little hard to connect with?

A recruiter from a firm I applied to reached out about scheduling an interview and I responded 5 minutes later saying I am available whenever. Over two days have gone by and I’ve heard nothing. Is that odd?

Question from a recent UX Bootcamp grad: I currently have a single case study in my portfolio. Upon reading somewhere that 2 case studies are required to be considered by recruiters, I stopped applying to jobs for about 2 months as I work on a second case study when I can.
