I get that money is tight. But if you deny all diagnostic tests, please don’t get mad at me when we can’t figure out what’s wrong. Those tests are there for a reason.

I’m on the high side of the BMI scale and really want to prioritize healthy movement. Kind of a new distance runner here (completed my first half mara last month) and am usually run on treadmill for workouts during the week. I also wear an Apple Watch. Have noticed that my Apple Watch tends to say I’ve run a longer distance, at a faster speed, than treadmill. (It’s usually up to 0.5 miles off and 0.5mph off in speed). Anyone experience this? Not sure what to trust but assuming Apple Watch. Thoughts?

Well I recently told a guy I have been seeing I have HSV-2. We have not yet been physical but it’s been heading that direction. Man I hate this part - waiting to see what his response will be after he researches and talks to his doctor. I’m on daily meds which help reduce transmission risk. You’d think that since HSV-2 affects 20% of Americans and likely a higher % of gay men, there would be less taboo but it’s hardly ever talked about. Anyone else in my shoes? Or had it disclosed to them?
